Potato and Sausage Stew

My friend in Hungary just made this easy delicious potato and sausage stew. 3 ingredients and spices, it doesn’t get much easier than this.

Ingredients:

• 1 chopped onion
• 4 sausages sliced (try to pick 2 different flavors of sausage)
• 8-10 large potatoes
• Olive Oil
• Spices to taste – Salt, Pepper, Red Paprika

Directions:

You start off by cooking the chopped onion in 3-4 TBSP of olive oil, add spices and potatoes and cover with water. Let it boil for few minutes and add the sliced sausage. Cook until potatoes are fork tender.
