I know I am a little late in posting this recipe but you can use it next year or even for Easter, any upcoming holidays or cookie cravings.
- 8 ounces margarine
- 2 cups powder sugar
- 1 egg
- 4 cups flour
- 3 tablespoons lard
- food coloring (optional)
Cream everything together until soft. Roll the dough and cut in different shapes. (if the dough is too dry you can add a couple TBSP milk)
Bake until edges are golden brown (about 10 minutes at 350 F).
