
Baked Chicken Breast
Chicken can be delicious when cooked right. However, it’s very easy to end up with a too dry or too chewy version. Here is a great recipe for baking chicken breast or chicken tights.
Ingredients:
- 4 pieces chicken breast
- 1 cup buttered milk
- 1/2 cups tomato juice
- 1/3 cups white wine
- 3 TBSP olive oil
- 2 TBSP lemon juice
- 1 TBSP fresh or dry rosemary
- 1 or 2 minced garlic cloves
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions:
- Add all spices and juices to a bowl, mix everything together, add the chicken and let it rest in the fridge for about an hour
- Preheat the oven at 400 degrees F
- Transfer everything in a baking pan and cook until chicken reaches 165-170 degrees F
- Serve over mashed potato or rice
